Just wanted to drop you a line to thank you and your team for getting this property ready in time. This was a particularly difficult renovation with not only the work required as a result of the insurance claim but added issues which caused a lot of extra workload and frustrations. I  cannot say enough about my interaction with Okanagan Restoration, I was responsible for getting the property ready as the owners were in New Zealand and to cause added complications the property was up for sale and a buyer found during the process.  My role initially was to simply pack up the owners personal items, choose flooring etc and monitor the renovations. However with a buyer on board who wanted to make some changes at his own expense and further water ingress, this became a major project. Les became vital in keeping us on track he put me in touch with a reliable roofing contractor which was no easy feat as the home is at a ski resort, so lots of snow. Without his help I could not have got this over the line, his advice, patience, willingness to assist when it wasn’t his job and regular contact was so appreciated. The whole team were always positive, polite and so willing to help out with many frustrations that were thrown their way. I would have no hesitation is recommending this company.
