Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Communication with all levels, managers, supervisors, co-workers, team leaders
-Communicatiojn with individuals relative to work progress
-Work at the direction of the Lead Technician
-Maintain inventory of material used on job sites
-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project
-Site preparation and protection
-Handling damaged building material and contents
-Understand the issues around water and fire damage (an asset)
-Meticulous with homeowner belongings & must take great care of personal items
-Packing and moving delicate items
-Assist with listing of contents of restorable or non-restorable materials
-Ensures project requirements are being fulfilled and deadlines are achieved
-Facilitate prompt and quality services
-Detail oriented
-Able to lift heavy items with assistance
-Cleaning up properly after a job and maintaining good housekeeping habits during the project
-Submit photographs for loading onto online filing system
-Ensures that the company health and safety policies and procedures are followed
Requirements:
-Bondable
-Valid BC Driver’s License
-Clean Driver’s Abstract
-Excellent customer service and organizational skills
-Ability to multi-task
-Problem solving skills
-Capable of heavy lifting as well as moving and hauling of items
-Ability to work on call (rotation), extended hours and weekends
-Reliable transportation to and from work
-Able to pay attention to detail
-Follow direction and instruction easily
-Work in a team or individually
-Steel toe footwear is mandatory
