Our Penticton office is conveniently located to serve the South Okanagan area.

Tim Patko was born in Alberta and raised in Alberta and B.C. with a farming background. Over the years, Tim has acquired knowledge and experience in all areas of construction; from working on mega projects to home building & flooring, covering the northwest territories and western provinces. He also has experience in mechanics, mining, fabrication and forestry, as well as the service and management/administration areas.
Tim has worked with Okanagan Restoration Services for the past nine years in the capacity of Project Manager. Tim is happy to provide our services from the Southern branch, in Penticton, where we are serving the Summerland to Osoyoos areas.
