    Trevor Forder is an owner of Okanagan Restorations, sharing administration duties as well as Project Manager functions. Trevor's early career background was in the construction industry, primarily in residential renovations and new home construction. After working for several years in this capacity he was offered the opportunity to enter the insurance industry as an adjuster. Trevor has worked as both an independant and company adjuster, obtaining his Associate of the Insurance Institute of Canada designation in 1991.
   Trevor's background in the construction and adjusting fields have been beneficial to his work as a restoration contractor . "I believe that this experience has given me an understanding of the service that is required of a restoration firm, by both the insurance professional and the property owner."

    Jennifer Forster has been with Okanagan Restoration Services for over 7 years, serving the last 4 of those as a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, she excels at timely estimates, complete floor plans and coordinating minor to large scale restoration projects. Jennifer’s almost 16 years of fire restoration experience started with a large restoration company in Vancouver and was put to the test as she coordinated all of the clean-up crews following Firestorm 2003.  Some of her related training includes years of hands on experience, WHMIS, Un-Smoke Systems & Xactimate software.
   Jennifer’s time spent in the industry and attention to detail makes her a competent, experienced, and informed asset in handling any restoration needs.

    Shane Petit has been with Okanagan Restoration Services for the past 4 years, the last year of which he's served as a Project Manager. Shane began his career here as a Flood Technician, and was always striving to make use of the industry's most current technology. He continues to adopt these principles to his position as Project Manager, helping him provide the best service possible.
    Shane is IICRC certified in both Applied Structual Drying, and Carpet Cleaning. He is also certified in the use of both Xactimate and Symbility estimation software.

    Wayne Hank has held various positions within the restoration industry since 1977, including roles as Senior Project Management. He is a Journeyman Carpenter, holds IICRC certifications, and is also certified in both Mould and Asbestos remediation.
    Wayne makes sure to stay on top of all the latest technological innovations in the industry, including staying current with estimation software such as Xactimate and Symbility. He also holds a graduate diploma in Business Administration.
